Every item is custom-made just for you when you order. Because we do not hold inventory, all sales are final.

• Damaged or Misprinted? We will send a free replacement. Send us a message through our website within 14 days along with a clear photo of the issue. You do not need to ship the item back.
• Lost Package? Message us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will send a new one.
• Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind? We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size or change your mind. Please check the size guides carefully before buying.
